What are the dates and times of the Summit?
Conference dates are Thursday, April 7 – Friday, April 8.

The conference will begin on Thursday at 7:00 AM PST and end at 4:00 PM PST on Friday. 

What does my registration fee include? 
Registration fees include access to all conference activities including meals and evening receptions. Meals include:

– Thursday: Refreshments during the day, lunch, and heavy appetizers with beverages during the evening.

– Friday: Refreshments, breakfast, and lunch.

What type of businesses attend the P3 Water Summit?

Are there sponsorship opportunities available? 
Yes. We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities. Please visit our sponsorship page for more information.

I’m interested in speaking at the event.  How can I get involved? 
We’re always interested in learning about your P3 experience. Please submit session ideas and abstracts through our online form. One of our team members will quickly get back to you.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation deadline is March 18, 2022. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Sarah Plombon at splombon@accessintel.com prior to March 18, 2022.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel.
