Call for Abstracts

Share Your Expertise at The Healthcare Project Delivery Conference 2027

The Healthcare Project Delivery Conference is now accepting speaker abstracts. This year's theme — Built for Care: Delivering the Next Generation of Healthcare Infrastructure — is a call to go deeper on the delivery challenges healthcare leaders are facing right now: capital constraints, procurement complexity, aging infrastructure, and the delivery models proving they can close the gap.

If your team has navigated these challenges on a real project — or developed a strategy, financing structure, or partnership model that others in the industry need to hear about — we want you on stage.

Who Should Submit?

HCPD sessions are built around real projects and real outcomes — not vendor presentations or theoretical frameworks. We're looking for voices with firsthand experience to share, including:

  • Hospital and health system executives with active or recently completed capital programs
  • Academic medical centers navigating complex delivery environments
  • Developers and owners who have structured innovative financing or partnership models
  • Architects, engineers, and construction professionals with project-level lessons to share
  • Investors, legal advisors, and consultants who have shaped how deals get structured and projects get built
The Healthcare Project Delivery Conference Format The most compelling sessions feature complete project teams — owners, contractors, architects, and advisors presenting together from the same project, with real financial outcomes and honest lessons. If you can bring that to the room, we want to hear from you.

Adaptable spaces built to support multiple service lines and care models that will look different in ten years than they do today.

Modular & Prefabricated Construction

Cost and schedule benefits, implementation challenges, and what the data actually shows about performance on healthcare projects.

Digital twin modeling, AI in design-build, BIM integration, and technology-enabled delivery that measurably improves outcomes.

Financing & Capital Planning

Creative structures that unlock investment, manage risk, and make projects viable under financial constraints that traditional delivery can't solve.

Sustainability & Resiliency

Seismic upgrades, energy resilience, carbon reduction, and the strategies health systems are using to future-proof their infrastructure — without blowing the capital budget.

How to Submit

Your abstract should include:

  • 1 A synopsis of your proposed session (200 words or fewer)

  • 3 Any confirmed speakers or project partners already committed to presenting with you
  • 4 Complete the form at the bottom of the page to submit your abstract for consideration
What makes a strong submission: Lead with the project or problem. Identify the outcome or lesson. Make clear why this audience needs to hear it now. Sessions that bring a complete, diverse project team — with real financial data — are consistently the highest-rated at HCPD.
