Market Soundings and Roundtables

Interactive conversations on critical project delivery topics and project feasibility.  Roundtable conversations are meant to be informal, candid exchanges where participants can ask their questions and concerns, share project details, experiences, and network.

Project Showcase Sessions

Providers discuss their system’s approach to project selection and development.  Presenters will share how they assess project feasibility, risk, and financing; review partner qualifications, and develop long-range facility plans.

Best Practices Panel Sessions

Over 20+ panels focused on best practices, strategies, and lessons learned. Hear experienced panelists speak to every stage of the project delivery process. Presenters share guidance, recommendations, and frank talk from those who have led successful collaborations.

This year’s Conference will host roundtable conversations on 16 project delivery topics.  Discussions will last approximately 25 minutes and are meant to be open and candid exchanges where participants can ask questions and share experiences. 

Facilitators will guide discussions by presenting case studies, targeted issues, and topics shaping the healthcare project delivery landscape.  

During the 2 hour session new discussions will begin every half hour and participants are invited to all table topics of interest. 

Our audience of healthcare facility managers, administrators, construction, architecture, and design professionals provides a unique opportunity to network with design-build experts, project owners, and prospective partners in a development focused forum. 

The conference provides two days of networking functions: including receptions, round table sessions, meals, 1 on 1’s areas, and specific industry events designed for you to connect with speakers, facility representatives, project owners, industry peers, A/E/C professionals, and prospective partners.
