Covid & Safety

The P3 Conference and Expo wants ensure you have a safe and healthy experience while onsite.

In an effort to maintain the health and well-being of all P3 Conference & Expo attendees, proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test 72 hours prior to the start of the event will be required for entry.

For proof of vaccination or negative test, we will be using the private cloud-based solution ShareMyHealth. You will be receiving an email with specific instructions from ShareMyHealth on how to upload your vaccine information. Here is a brief overview of how the process will work: 

• All attendees will receive an email from ShareMyHealth containing the link 
• Click on the link, which will take you to a secure site where you can select your password and login             
• Take a picture of your vaccine card or negative test and upload it online 
• Upon successful completion, you will see a green check mark 

P3C, along with our venue and service partners, have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols at the event. Those efforts include thorough and frequent cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and high traffic areas. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event. Other safeguards include the use of facial coverings and social distancing practices.
