The US Navy’s Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) recently released an RFQ for its Naval Base Point Loma, Old Town Campus P3 project. Set to be one of the country’s largest P3s to date, the Navy is looking for private partners to design, build and finance a 70 acre development in San Diego.
