What are the dates and times of the Conference?
Conference dates are Thursday, December 1 – Friday, December 2, 2022. The conference will begin on Thursday at 8:00 a.m. EST and continue to 4:00 p.m. EST on Friday.

What does my registration fee include? 
Registration fees include access to all conference activities including meals and evening receptions. Meals include:

• Thursday: Refreshments during the day, lunch, and heavy appetizers with beverages during the evening.
• Friday: Refreshments, breakfast, and lunch.

What type of businesses attend the P3 Government Conference? 
Please visit our Who Attends page for detailed information on the business mix of attendees.

Can I obtain CLE (for lawyers) or CE (for professional engineers) credit for attending the conference.  
While the sponsoring organization of the P3 Government Conference, P3C, is not a direct provider of continuing education and CLE credits; our program is designed to meet criteria set forth by many professional societies, trade associations, and state licensing boards for continuing education requirements.  Attendees are responsible for self-reporting their participation, however we cannot guarantee that all boards will accept our sessions. Most issuers will request a copy of our program and a certificate of attendance which we can provide after the event.

Does the conference hotel offer a room block with discounted pricing?
The beautiful Hyatt Regency Crystal City is our event headquarters. A block of rooms are being held at the hotel at a special rate of $188. Reservations must be made before November 9, 2022 or before the block is sold out to guarantee this rate. Reservations made after November 9, 2022 can only be honored on a space and rate available basis. Click here to make your reservation.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel.
