What are the dates and times of the conference?
Conference dates are Monday, October 3rd – Tuesday, October 4th, 2022.

What does my registration fee include?
Registration fees include access to all conference activities including meals and evening receptions.

Meals include:

– Day 1: Refreshments and lunch during the day and light appetizers with beverages during the evening.

– Day 2: Breakfast, morning refreshments and lunch.

Why have I not received a registration confirmation?
All confirmations are sent at the conclusion of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you need a confirmation resent to you, please email splombon@accessintel.com

How do I register if I’m an approved speaker?
Speakers are automatically registered by management.

How do I make a correction or change on my registration?

Is there a discount for higher education institutions, public sector or non-profit entities?
Yes. The registration rate is substantially lower than the private sector. Click here for a review of registration options.

Do you have a guest fee?
If you wish to bring your spouse to the conference, they would be entitled to receive the same rate you were entitled. We do not have lower or special guest or spouse rates.

Do you have multiple registrations discounts?
Registration must be handled individually.

How do I modify a registration?
Registrations are transferable with written notice. Please email request to splombon@accessintel.com 

What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation deadline is September 1, 2022. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants.  Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Sarah Plombon at splombon@accessintel.com prior to September 1, 2022.

Does the conference hotel offer a room block with discounted pricing?
The Grand Hyatt Washington is our event headquarters. All attendees will receive a special rate of $289 single/double occupancy until September 9, 2022 or when the block sells out.

What is the address of the conference hotel?

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel.
