Call for Abstracts

IMPROVING INFRASTRUCTURE THROUGH PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

Abstract Submission Deadline: June 30, 2022

The P3 Higher Education Summit invites submissions from those who are engaged in designing, constructing, financing, and advising on these facilities or those considering such facilities. 

The Summit will focus on P3s and innovative development approaches available to facility owners under increasing pressure to cope with aging infrastructure and changing market needs. 

Interested individuals are invited to submit abstracts focusing on one of these topics:

  • Facility Resiliency & Sustainability
    • Adaptation to economic, social, environmental and political changes
    • Mixing financial performance with community and social benefit 
    • New approaches for engaging private partners in the development process
  • University / College Campus Project Case Studies
    • Key lessons learned from completed and/or operating projects, including energy and other asset monetizations
    • Emphasis on unique characteristics of development plan, financial structure and/or partnering
    • Focus on HBCUs

Abstracts should provide a 100-word synopsis and also include the types of envisioned panelists (owner/agency, architect, designer, banker, etc.). This year we are putting a higher focus on panels and presentations that include owners to highlight their perspectives and opportunities. Single firm presentations will not be considered.

Key Dates Include:

  • June 30, 2022. Submission of abstract due
  • July 29, 2022. Notification of acceptance
